Steve was looking for the ideal Side Mount Primary Light to compliment the Razor Side Mount System.

Having test dived the Light Monkey 12W LED Primary Light Steve liked it very much due to its very small size, rugged construction, reliability, good light output, focused beam pattern and long burn time.

A few modifications would make it perfect for Side Mount configuration so Steve contacted Corey at Light Monkey to ask if they would make a Side Mount specific light to his specifications.<
